The key to mastering any trick starts with stability.
Stand centered on the board, arms relaxed. Focus on keeping the board perfectly still. Switch lead foot after each set.
Pivot on the tail with your back foot. Keep the front truck lifted and use your hips to control rotation. Alternate directions each rep.
Rock the board end to end without letting the nose or tail touch the ground. Keep your core engaged and eyes forward.
Deep squat on the board, arms extended forward for counterbalance. Keep heels down and weight centered over the bolts.
Shift weight from nose to tail smoothly. Start with small shifts and increase range of motion as balance improves.
